On Imported Blog

A goal that I currently have is to read a book a week. This summer, let's just say I have already failed. However I just finished Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe. I'm not going to lie - I don't understand what is so fantastic about the book. Though I will admit I was a little confused by the sheer number of characters and didn't have much of a vested interest in the novel.

Most of the learning from a book comes from discussion, not simply reading it. Therefore, I want to follow the topic on Quora associated with each book after I read it and hopefully participate in some threads. Also, I want to definitely read about the themes present in the book because I often overlook them.
